What’s the procedure for your neutralization.

Usually the customer first comes to our office for a disturbance tracing consult. This consult takes plus minus 45 minutes and is done throughout all clothes. It is necessary that the customer slept in his home for at least 14 days before the examination.

From this consult we can already see which vital functions are blocked from all the habitants of this house. This doesn’t mean that the habitants already suffer from certain diseases. It is only a diagnosis of the home, nothing more.

After that, if necessary, the house will be neutralised. This costs €600 inclusive transport and material, exclusive V.A.T. which is 6% for a house older than 5 years, 21% for enterprises and houses younger than 5 years.

Ten days later we plan a follow-up at our office, to evaluate the results. Eventual corrections in the house will be done free of charge.
